The officer had said to the man of God, "Look, even if the Lord should open the floodgates of the heavens, could this happen?" The man of God had replied, "You will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of it!"

Just like the Israelites who were with Moses complained and doubted in God's ability during the trials in the desert, they saw the promise land but never made it there. Those who do not believe in the Lord and refused to come to Him for life will not be found part of the kingdom of heaven.
