Solomon surely knew that the God of Israel was the only true God, and he was in the process of building a magnificent temple in honor of the Lord, God of Israel. Oh that there would be more leaders today who realize who our God is, the same God Who was the God of Israel. Lev_19:4  Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I AM Jehovah your God. Joh_7:29  I know Him; because I AM from him, and He sent me.

Solomon recognized the greatness of his God, who was also the God of his father, David. Lord, may I always be mindful of You, the ONLY true and living God, creator of heaven and earth and all that is therein, and always remain faithful to You my God. Amen

Our God is Greater then all His Creation. For Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; He is to be feared above all gods. Psalm 135:5 I know that the Lord is Great, that our Lord is Greater then all gods.

2 Chronicles 2:5 – What a great way to witness. So many times when we try to witness we unintentionally elevate ourselves over those we are trying to reach. First King Solomon ask Hiram king of Tyre for his help. This puts Solomon in a humble position and it is a compliment to Hiram to be asked for his help. Then Solomon proceeds to tell him about how He worships and then Who he worships. Our God is not like the other gods that cannot see, cannot hear, and cannot do anything. Our God is so big and power the heavens and earth cannot contain Him for He is the maker of the heavens and earth. There is no God like Jehovah. There is no God like Jehovah.
