1 Peter 2:23
When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly.

I like this verse because it reminds me everyday how to handle the things that the world throws at me! I am not here to judge but to love, like, help and pray for the ones that may be condeming me.

Jesus showed us true humility. He entrusted himself to God. He did not sin nor was there any deceit found in his mouth. We need to trust in God when we feel like we are being treated unjustly. We need to let God be God over every aspect of our lives so that we may live a life worthy of his calling for us, a holy people. Romans 12:19 "Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord."
