The things of this world will fade away but because of God's love and our faith in Him we have been given eternal life. God's love never fades away, it will be taken away from us. Man can steal our possessions, they can even take our earthly life but they cannot take our eternal life and the gift given us by our Heavenly Father.

he is the only one who is steadfast and sure.for is always was always is and always will be there for me, for he as said he would never leave me.and that truth became very real for me in 2005 when both parents went home to be with their Lord.

This is a good verse when we are tempted. All the desires of this world will pass away. The gift of God is eternal. I pray Lord that when I am tempted I turn away. I will turn and do your will. Lord this world is a struggle please give me strength to finish the race. Jesus thank you for the hope I have in you.
