I realize that when these Chronicles were written many, if not most, of the names meant something to the reader. This verse means something to me because I recognize Joshua, son of Nun. I know much of his story through the book of Joshua in scripture. I also know parts of his story as he accompanied Moses. I wonder if the original readers of this Chronicle had as vivid recollects about the other names as well.
