Yes, Donna, and I believe there will be many fall away, saying where is God, bcause of the false teaching of the pre-tribulation rapture. The 3 verses I quoted above rather sum it up fro me. If the church is to be pre-trib raptured, then how will the anti-Christ referred to in this passage going to "make war with the saints and overcome them" if they have already been raptured?? This is one I'd love to be wrong on but I don't think so. Besides that, if we check 2Thessalonians, we find further evidence; 2Th 2:1-4 Now we 2Th 2:beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together u2Th 2:nto him, (2) That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. (3) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; (4) Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Lord, prepare your body, the church, to stand firm regardless of what takes place on this earth. Amen

I think that if Jesus had been rich, tall and handsome and had lived a life of ease and acceptance we would not have been able to relate to Him. How could He possibly be able to understand us. We reach out to the Lord when we realize that we are not able to achieve the peace in our heart no matter how hard we try. When we realize that we need Him so much!

Please pray that my middle daughter will know that I do love her and that I am not attacking her when ever I open my mouth. Please pray that my youngest daughter will have the strength as she enters into another legal battle with her husband. He has fired his third lawyer and his fourth one is starting from scratch again. This means more legal fees that neither one of them can afford!

Sharon, I too have battled with depression my whole life. I was suicidal until I went to a week long program called Be In Health. It's put on and based on the book, " A More Excellent Way" by Dr Henry Wright. When I left that conference, for the first time in my life, I wasn't suicidal. I learned so much. I still hafta battle with it, but now I have the set of spiritual tools to pick up and use to kick out those yucky pucky thoughts from radio devil and take my authority in Christ. I learned what Dr Henry calls the "r's" to freedom. RECOGNIZE that your listening to radio devil. REPENT for participating with that Kingdom. RENOUNCE it (give it the boot! ) REJOICE that you've been set free. RESIST it when it tries to come back, and it will, over and over again.
