Psalms 77:19
Your path led through the sea,
your way through the mighty waters,
though your footprints were not seen.
Terry J.
Terry J. from Hinsdale, NY said:
As the children of God crossed the Red Sea where was God? He was seen in His Glory as He led His people to the Promised land. Yes even though no one saw His footprints in the sand the miracle was His footprint. Think about your own life. There are times when we look back and see God's footprints in situations in our lives. We can only conclude, "God was here" or "It was a God thing"! God cares about us deeply and He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us. Here's there with you now. Can you see His footprint or hear Him whisper, "I love you'?

I wish there was an edit option. That should read, "He's here with you now. Can you see His footprint or hear Him whisper, "I love you"?

Have wished that many times, Terry. Just shows we all slip sometimes. Glad I'm not he only one. God bless.

Psalm 77:19 – Lord, Your path is through the Red Sea. You take me where i think i cannot go. Your footprints are not seen, i never know how things will work out. i have only to trust in Your Word. You make the impossible possible. Many times i have been tempted to lie but You tell me to trust You and not lie. Each time i feel for sure this time it will not work but over and over You prove Your ways are best. Remind me when i am tempted to do things my way that my way is wrong. Remind me of the many times You took me across the Red Sea on dry land. When i am tempted to be fight my own battles with harsh words, remind me to show kindness and gentleness and You will once again lead me to victory. Remind me that the waters will part, the doors will open, the walls will fall down if only i will trust in the One who is Trustworthy at all times.

So true, Bruce and Donna. He lives in us each, as believers, by His Holy Spirit, and I believe we need to realize that we need to get to know Holy Spirit and interact with Him as our guide. God bless you both.

This verse touched me deeply. I struggle with the fact that I possess a "I must see it to believe it" way of thinking. So this verse reminds me that I need not maintain that thought process because even though the Lord is not physically obvious to me He is always spiritually there for me. I take no step, do no task, perform no job, take no breathe without my Heavenly Father right and readily there throughout my life.

So true, Sally. Never forget that, as a believer in Christ, the person of Holy Spirit lives in you and never leaves, because He is able to be all places at the same time and can do all things at one time. That is why Jesus said it was better that He leave, because He would send His Holy Spirit, who is unlimited. John 16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you." God bless
