The Year of Jubilee Represents Redemption: At time I thought to myself how nice it would be to have all my debts cancelled according to what I read here. But our world is in a fallen state that can never happen it was a fantasy. We can find forgiveness in Jesus Christ, Jesus is our Jubilee. The Jubilee represented Salvation and Redemption.

Everything God asked of them was from His eternal perspective. We often think that we own this or that. But everything comes from God & gets it's worth & value from & through Him and Him only. My whole perspective would change if I kept this in mind. I believe that this is why God has always intended for us & it is the key to our blessing. And the ability to bless & love others. He owns everything & we would do well to keep that in perspective & let that mindset guide all our thoughts & actions!

All we have was given by, and belongs to The Lord. We are only temporary travelers to whom God has loaned enough provision to safely and comfortably get us Home. Nothing really 'Belongs' to us - we are simply borrowing it from God.
