Isaiah 62:10 - The call is to leave Babylon which represents false religion that is political or traditional. Babylon is spiritual adultery or corruption. We are to pass through the gates and keep them open for others to pass though also. It is our job to call all people and show them the way (fish for men) to pass through with us. We are to build up or encourage one another in the faith. We must remove stumbling blocks of traditions or false doctrines or anything that would cause our brother to fall. Most of all we are not to be a stumbling block causing others to fall. By preaching the Gospel we lift up the name of Jesus our Banner. This place is not our home, we are just passing through. Jesus will be there as our Good Shepherd not only to lead the way, but to be The Way. During our journey we will pass through many trials and tribulations. We will walk through the shadow of death but since Jesus is with us we will NOT fear. The key word is THROUGH. ♫ Through it all, through it all, ♪ I've learned to trust in Jesus, ♪ I've learned to trust in God. ♫ Through it all, through it all, I've learned to depend upon His Word. ♪ I've had many tears and sorrows, ♪ I've had questions for tomorrow, ♪ there's been times I didn't know right from wrong. ♪ But in every situation, ♪ God gave me blessed consultation, ♪ that my trials come to only make me strong. ♫ I've been to lots of places, I've seen a lot of faces, ♫ there's been times I felt so all alone. But in my lonely hours, ♫ yes, those precious lonely hours, Jesus lets me know that I was His own ♪ I thank God for the mountains, and I thank Him for the valleys, ♪ I thank Him for the storms He brought me through. For if I'd never had a problem, ♪ I wouldn't know God could solve them, I'd never know what faith in God could do ♫

Isaiah 62:10 Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations. Oh, Hallelujah, to hear these words; "Pass through, pass through the gates!" Is what I can't wait to hear from my Father! For Him to say to the Angels; "Prepare the way for the people!" and I get to travel on that highway into Heaven and see no more stones in my way, no more boulders in my way, no more mountains in my way to climb! And they raise a banner for the nations? Hallelujah, Jesus has come to take us all home to be with out Father FOREVER!!! And for us (12) to be called the Holy People, the Redeemed of the Lord,, !!!!! Yes Lord, I am waiting for that Sweet Beulah Land, I am longing for you! There is Coming A Day, I'll Fly Away, and We Shall See The King When He Comes! Praise You Lord Jesus! Amen and Amen and Amen!

As I read this verse this morning I thought of John the Baptist and how he came before Jesus to prepare the way for Jesus' first coming and thought how we all should be John the Baptists preparing the way, preparing the hearts of the lost for Jesus second coming. We should be flying our banner for all to see as we go about making straight the way for the lost to come to Jess. Like John the Baptist, we should all be crying out "repent, for today is the day of salvation."

Yes Jerry and Lloyd, we're his banner and beacon among a lost and dying world. Not to judge them, but to lead them thru our testimony of how they too can receive the free gift of eternal life.

Hallelujah...!!! watched the Lord remove some stones this morning as our service was taken over by the Lord with words of knowledge spoken forth and people healed and set free of bondages. Pastor didn't even preach His message, just allowed Holy Spirit to do what He wanted to do. Love it when He takes over a service, which seems to be happening more frequently. Praise God....!!!!
