Its a great reminder of who God is and what He has done.Sometimes I think we need some of these practices just to be reminded of what God has done for us. We tend to get busy with life and forget all that he has done. On the other hand, I am so thankful that Jesus has made the ultimate atonement for our sins once and for all!!.
