Nehemiah 4:7
But when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites and the people of Ashdod heard that the repairs to Jerusalem's walls had gone ahead and that the gaps were being closed, they were very angry.

Interesting Chapter, as we see again opposition and anger as the Temple is being rebuilt. There is a lesson here when the enemy throws up road blocks/opposition which they will. In the Christian live the enemy will always sidetrack you and throw up a lot of road blocks. We should respond in prayer like Nehemiah did. Lift our voices in prayer and focus on the Lord.

Amen to that Peter. The enemy always likes to distract the work of His people, just as he attempted with Nehemiah's followers. But we must pray and put our trust in the Lord. We of course are having some distractions right now with the pandemic and other distractions attempting to block the church, but a group of 7 of us decided to gather in a park this evening and we talked, encouraged and prayed for a couple of hours. One of our group hears Holy Spirit very well, and we received a word of instruction and encouragement. This friend of ours, when the Lord speaks through him, you know it was the Lord. He is not a well educated man but when the Lord speaks through him, you would think he was a highly educated person, and speaks with authority and with no hesitation. That's what happened tonight at the park. He spoke a word in tongues, and then gave the interpretation, and everyone knew it was the Lord speaking to us, a word of encouragement. Have a terrific rest of the week Peter. Oh, and I could not get my comment to post tonight, again. Tried all the tricks I knew but no way it would post, Have to try again tomorrow. God bless you brother. :-)
