A difficult chapter to pick a verse from but it did show that Solomon made everything as the Lord had commanded him to do. Everything was done to honor the Lord God Almighty. Oh that the leaders of the world today would honor the Lord as king Solomon did.

The sheer magnificence of the temple and its furnishing to honor the Lord with sacrifices must have been awesome in appearance, but was only a leading up to the true sacrifice that Christ Himself made for our sins. Lord, help me to always honor You with my daily walk, until I meet You, face to face. Amen
